Former "Deadliest Catch" star Jake Harris was reportedly arrested this weekend for stealing a vehicle and drug possession.

According to court documents, Harris traveled to Arizona from Washington state with an unidentified female companion and was staying at a hotel near Interstate 17 and Northern Avenue in Phoenix.

Police say Harris was in town on vacation with a woman and allegedly took her vehicle without permission overnight.

At 5 pm police arrested Harris, who insisted the woman gave him permission to drive her vehicle.

Police also found another bag in Harris' pocket with meth inside.

Jake Harris was arrested this weekend for stealing an auto and drug possession. this after a long history of run-ins with the law.

According to KPNX, officers asked Harris to empty his pockets and a plastic bag with Xanax inside fell out.

Phoenix PD officers showed up and searched Harris. He claimed it belonged to his friend before eventually saying he'd bought it from someone off the street, police said.

After being booked in Fourth Avenue Jail, Harris was released from custody on his own recognizance. He faces a May 5 status conference.

This isn't Harris's first run-in with the law. That same year his father, Phil, died after suffering a stroke. In 2016, he was "seriously injured" after being tossed from a moving vehicle.
