Teresa Giudice made a quick getaway after she found herself in trouble with her probation officer, RadarOnline.com can reveal. The reality star, who who served 11 months in prison for felony fraud in 2015 and who is now on supervised release, failed to report two traffic violations to her probation officer within the required time frame.

She is required to report any contacts with law enforcement to her probation officer within 72 hours, the filing signed by Supervising Probation Officer Donald Martenz Jr. said.

Teresa apparently failed to report two traffic tickets in a timely matter and therefore violated the terms of her probation.

According to the officer's official report, the star was fined for talking on the phone while driving and also for making an illegal left turn.

On April 6, President Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed declared war on al-Shabab but at the same time offered the militants amnesty. The troops did not call in a defensive airstrike, he said, adding "the attackers were quickly neutralized on the ground".

However, Giudice's attorney James Leonard insisted to Radar that his client will not be heading back to the slammer.

The first one was for making an illegal turn past year.

For now, it seems she's just on a warning status, and hopefully she keeps it that way.

Uh-oh. Teresa Giudice's husband, Joe Giudice, is now serving time for bankruptcy fraud. Her husband, Joe, is now serving a 41-month sentence for fraud and failing to pay about $200,000 in taxes.
