White House spokesman Sean Spicer said that he expects President Donald Trump to make an announcement this week on whether he has tapes of his Oval Office conversations with former FBI Director James Comey.

Spicer, who has been White House press secretary for the entire five months of the Trump presidency, has fielded dozens of questions about Russian interference without speaking to his boss about the central issue in the matter.

It's no secret we've had a couple vacancies, including our Communications Director - he's been gone for a while ... Instead, deputy press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders merely indicated in a statement: "We have sought input from many people as we look to expand our communications operation".

Who among us hasn't eaten a few extra pints of Ben & Jerry's since November 8?

"The president clearly wants a bill that has heart in it", Spicer said, referring to a report that Trump told tech CEOs the current GOP bill "needs more heart".

We don't KNOW that Bannon was joking, mind you.

This great discovery of the two orbiting supermassive black holes could help scientists understand more about the universe. The black holes are among the largest ever found, with a combined mass 15 billion times that of the sun, the study says.

According to The Washington Post, the White House has not officially confirmed Spicer's departure nor has it publicly indicated whether or not he is directly involved in the search for new communications team hires.

Spicer has already seen his public role diminish in recent weeks. As per Politico and Bloomberg, the White House is reevaluating Spicer's role.

Spicer said he's made it clear since he was hired that he wanted to do things "better" than previous administrations by giving access to other news outlets that "haven't had it".

There's more than one way to kill a briefing. "Saturday Night Live" has poked fun at him mercilessly.

Spicer accused reporters of asking the same question over and over in the hopes of getting a good soundbite that will boost their own profile.

"It feels like we're slowly but surely being dragged into what is a new normal in this country where the president of the United States is allowed to insulate himself from answering hard questions".
