"Questioning United States President Donald Trump's authority to single-handedly scrap the landmark 2015 Iran nuclear accord -Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), Iranian President Hassan Rouhanisaid the pact belongs to the global community in its entirety, and not only to one or two" countries.
