A teenager in IN is accused of trying to kill her infant niece by lacing breast milk with crushed pills strong enough to kill an adult.

Sarai Rodriguez-Miranda, who was accused Monday of endeavored kill, stayed everywhere Thursday.

The 11-week-old baby wasn't injured, but court documents say the milk contained the equivalent of nine Excedrin tablets or capsules, enough to kill an adult.

Police believe Rodriguez-Miranda ran away with her boyfriend several months ago and is now living in MI. Authorities believe she fled to MI after learning she was under investigation by police.

Rordiguez-Miranda, 19, reportedly shares the cellphone that she used to text her boyfriend with her mother, who read the messages and alerted police.

"I'm gonna crush up some of these pills since she decided they can stay longer and kill their baby", Rodriguez-Miranda allegedly wrote.

After reporting the incident to the police and turning over the bottles as evidence, Rodriguez-Miranda's mother told her daughter to be at the house so that police could speak with her.

"I put the stuff in a made bottle in the fridge", she wrote. The infant was not given the readied bottles, one was discovered containing a risky blend of acetaminophen, caffeine and headache medicine - rising to nine Excedrin pills, the Gazette reports. She immediately went on to check the bottles in the refrigerator and found one darker than the other with some residue settled in it. WANE reported that the baby's mother told police she had not yet used either of the bottles stored in the fridge.

"For what reason didn't that infant kick the bucket buddy that is moronic", Rodriguez-Miranda said later in an instant message.

Rodriguez-Miranda, of the 400 block of East Taber Street, wondered in one of her texts what happened.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Sarai Rodriguez-Miranda, 19, of Fort Wayne.

She added that she would have no remorse if the baby died. They definitely threw it out ...

She also texted her boyfriend 'she was destined to grow up (expletive) or be abused. "I'd never be suspect I know but I hope it works". I trust she bites the dust. Her bond is $50,000, according to an Allen County Jail spokesman.
