The report stated that Sizemore was told to leave the film set of the movie Born Killers after an 11-year-old actress told her mother that Sizemore allegedly touched her genitals.

THR describes a cast and crew - including producers - who were sickened and aghast at what was being alleged as word spread around the set of the Lionsgate film Born Killers, which never got a significant theatrical release.

According to the report, the actress, who was not identified in the publication at her own request, would not address the incident except to say she has hired a lawyer to explore her legal options against Sizemore and her parents.

The 55-year-old actor, who was 41 at the time, has been arrested for numerous drug and violence issues against women in the past, but not molestation.

The Hollywood Reporter, which broke the story, alleges that the actor was participating in a second-unit still portrait session when the incident took place. The paper quoted production manager Cassidy Lunnen recalling that the "the girl was so young it was unclear to her and (later) her parents what had actually taken place and if it was intentional or not". "Later, when I was told about what happened, I knew exactly what it was".

McGregor said she immediately registered a formal complaint with the Screen Actor's Guild and vouched for Sizemore's removal from the set. Sizemore reportedly denied his co-star's claim at the time, though The Hollywood Reporter claims that both his management firm and talent agency stopped working with him afterward.

Mr. Sizemore's career has spanned decades and includes roles in "Point Break", "True Romance", and Steven Spielberg's "Saving Private Ryan" in 1998.

The next day, casting director Catrine McGregor said she got a call from the young girl's agent, informing her that the girl had told her mother she had been inappropriately touched.

"It filtered down to the crew", Roi Maufas, who worked as a production assistant, told the outlet.

"Our position is 'no comment, '" his agent Stephen Rice told THR. "He was this guy who was already known for making inappropriate comments, being drunk, being high".

The producers of the movie, Michael Manshel, and Gus Spoliansky stated that when they found out about what he did, he was subsequently removed from the set. We're talking about consistent behaviour, just being "Tom Sizemore" on set every day. "Then this happens. Guys reached for hammers".

Since then, Tom pleaded "no contest" to two charges of misdemeanor domestic abuse for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend in July of 2016.
