Phoenix Suns sensation Devin Booker had to be carried off the floor with a strained left adductor.

With that said, the final win-loss result seems secondary on the heels of an injury sustained by Phoenix's offensive centerpiece, Devin Booker, in the final minutes of the contest.

The Suns confirmed the news on their official Twitter account and by Suns general manager Ryan McDonough broke the news on 98.7 FM Arizona's Sports Station's Burns & Gambo. Booker grabbed his groin immediately and froze at midcourt. Trainers came out to attend to him and he needed to be helped back to the locker room for evaluation. He's obviously one of the great young players in this league. In his third season, he's averaging 24 points per game on 38 percent three-point shooting.

Met Office predicts snow for Rotherham
Northwest winds of 55 to 65 are expected to gust 100 to 110 km/h - strongest winds in coastal areas and over high ground. But temperatures are expected to plummet on Thursday with Friday and Saturday bitterly cold, with scattered snow showers.

In his rookie campaign Jackson is averaging 9.2 points, 1 assist, and 3.5 rebounds per game. With Booker out until further notice, the Suns will have to attempt to find a way to compete.

The Suns return home to host the Raptors on Thursday before welcoming the Spurs to town on Saturday.
