Reuben Foster, who just finished his rookie season with the San Francisco 49ers, was arrested and charged with second degree possession of marijuana, according to the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office arrest database. His bail has been set at $2,500.

Foster was the 31st overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft and tallied 59 tackles as a rookie. He missed time with a high ankle sprain and rib injuries, and dealt with multiple shoulder stingers late in the season.

The charge of second-degree marijuana possession in Alabama comes when an individual possesses for personal use.

During his senior season at Alabama in 2016, he was named the Butkus Award victor. He was a first-round pick in last year's National Football League draft.
