This weekend, Ryan Coogler's superhero film should cross the $1 billion-mark at the global box office.

In a new interview, Feige said the Marvel team already has "solid" ideas for where the follow-up flick would go. He had this to say.

"Black Panther", starring Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan and Lupita Nyong'o debuted to U.S. audiences February 16 and received instant critical and commercial success.

With the success of Black Panther, the fans want more, a spin-off of Shuri in the top of the list.

The Ryan Coogler-directed film checks in behind only "The Dark Knight Rises" ($448 million in 2012), "Avengers: Age of Ultron" ($458 million in 2015), "The Dark Knight" ($534 million in 2008) and "The Avengers" ($623 million in 2013). The cast and crew seem like a tight knit group, so it seems like a no-brainer for Coogler to return to write and direct a sequel, especially since there has been so much talk about it.

Jordan's mom, Brittni Bascombe, says he LOVES superheroes and until Black Panther stole his heart, his favorite was Spider-Man.

He immediately added, "I'm not saying we're doing that, but I'm saying that we're intrigued by them", before pivoting to Marvel's immediate priority of finishing the studio's first major 22-movie arc. While The Avengers is still the highest-grossing superhero movie ever, Black Panther shows no signs of slowing down. New upcoming star Letitia Wright, mostly known for her role in the last episode of season four of "Black Mirror", plays the most intelligent person in the Marvel Universe, Shuri, T'Challa's younger sister and the genius behind the equipment used to help accomplish missions to preserve Wakanda's living condition. "Now we perceive them as cool and hip, you know, very free-spirited and expressive, which is great".

"In America we tend to see Africa as a set of periphery countries, so it was cool to see Wakanda (Black Panther's home city) represented as a gem", Clayton said.

Holland went back and read Black Panther comic books written by Reginald Hudlin and Christopher Priest; he even went back to the very beginning with Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. Little does the rest of the world know, the nation of Wakanda is one of the most technologically advanced places on the planet.

OK, so that really didn't tell us anything beyond confirming that a Black Panther sequel is happening.
