Jolie, 43, who has primary physical custody of their six children, has been told by a judge that she must let Pitt, 54, see the kids regularly while she films Maleficent 2 in the United Kingdom this summer.

According to The Blast, a judge has ruled that it "is critical that each of (the children) have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother".

One of the issues the court addresses are the children's cell phones.

The court has also laid out a summer schedule for the children.

The arrangement kicked off on June 8, with Pitt granted access to the kids for four hours per day as he visits them in London, where Jolie is now filming Maleficent 2.

Eldest child Maddox however will be able to choose how much time he wants with each parent because of his age.

According to The Blast, a judge ruled that if she doesn't help fix her children's relationship with her ex, she could lose primary custody.

To even the playing field, the judge has granted 54-year-old Pitt visitation rights over the USA summer holidays. Pitt was accused of child abuse in 2016 during an incident aboard a private plane.

The docs also state, "if the Minor Children remain closed down to their father and depending on the circumstances surrounding this condition, it may result in a reduction of the time that they spend with Petitioner (Jolie) and may result in the Court ordering primary custody to Respondent (Pitt)".

The couple initially separated in a nasty, high-profile breakup in September 2016.

The Fury actor is set to spend time with his kids 8 June to 17 June for four hours per day while he stays in London, where Jolie now rents a house. The therapist will also be there and will meet with the children before and after each two day period.

The court stated that if Jolie fails to comply to the new terms then she risks losing primary custody.

Later in the month, from 8 to 14 July, Brad will be allowed to spend four consecutive days with the kids. Jolie is responsible for the children traveling back to Los Angeles, and Pitt will be responsible for getting them back to London.

But a judge has threatened to change their arrangements if Jolie doesn't start giving Pitt access to their brood.

In some ways, the globe-trotting Jolie has come to resent Pitt for "essentially forcing her to settle down in Los Angeles with the kids", Us Weekly reported in May. While in Pitt's care, Jolie is only allowed to call the children one time per day and at a time agreed upon by both parents.

From July 21 to the 29th, Pitt will be in California and will decide whether the children stay with him or Jolie's home in Los Angeles.
