Adidas data breach may have hit millions of customers Adidas said leaked information includes customers contact information user names and encrypted passwords

While this is cause for concern regardless of the specifics, Adidas says its early findings show that data accessed includes contact details, usernames, and encrypted passwords.

The Adidas data breach investigation is still ongoing, but the company points out that it does know which of its customers are affected by it. But recently Adidas accepts a massive data breach in its United States website.

Currently, there is not a lot in the way of information to how the data breach occurred, the impact of the data leak, or indeed the methods the hacker or hackers may have used to get hold of the information. The revealed information included the usernames, hashed passwords and email addresses of MyFitnessPal users.

Adidas announced on Thursday that a possible security breach may have put some of its customers' data at risk.

With the Uruguayan midfield hardly allowing areas in front of the box, Portugal resorted to crosses and crossfield balls. With the "Fubo Premier" bundle, you will get access to all four of the World Cup soccer TV channels in most markets.

Adidas is the latest entrant in the infamous club of major companies that have declared data breach and security-related incidents this year. On June 26, adidas became aware that an unauthorized party claims to have acquired limited data associated with certain adidas consumers. Immediate steps were taken to check the information and alert all the affected customers. "Adidas is working with leading data security firms and law enforcement authorities to investigate the issue", an Adidas spokeswoman told Business Insider.

The information of millions of customers could have been exposed by the breach.

"Adidas has no reason to believe that any credit card or fitness information of those consumers was impacted", he added.

"Adidas is committed to the privacy and security of its consumers' personal data", the company's statement read. "While adidas continues its thorough forensic review, Adidas is alerting relevant consumers".
