The footage, given to by United Kingdom -based Sky News, shows a 2011 meeting in New York City in which Melissa Thompson, then 28 years old, is pitching her web video and analytics start-up to the Hollywood producer for the Weinstein Company.

The frankly disturbing footage, shows Weinstein acting incredibly inappropriate, propositioning the woman, and caressing her.

Per Thompson, she had set up a meeting with Weinstein in 2011, when she was 28, at his company's offices in NY, to pitch him on working with her on advertising and marketing initiatives for films.

Thompson told Sky News Weinstein was "playing a cat-and-mouse game from the very beginning to see how far he could push me, and what my reactions might be so that he could gauge how he would play with (me), where my levers were, what were my vulnerabilities". She told Sky News she was expecting that this would be a follow-up meeting to close the deal. "So am I allowed to flirt with you?" he then asks, as they sit down and prepare to start the discussion.

Later Weinstein placed his hand on Thompson's leg and ran his hand up her skirt.

It's not clear what he is doing off camera, but she replies: "That's a little high, that's a little high".

Video from that meeting, which Thompson took on her laptop in 2011 as a recorded presentation, aired on Sky News Wednesday as part of an exclusive interview with Thompson. Also in June, the website the Blast published a still image, pulled from a recording, of a meeting between Thompson and Weinstein in which the producer was said to have groped her.

"Now I see, he's trying any way he can, to move me into that zone of comfortable then uncomfortable and confused and vulnerable and recognizing that he is powerful and I'm not". In the video, she noticeably squirms and says "that's a little high".

Just hours later, Weinstein allegedly raped her in his hotel room, the woman told Sky News. "It's okay, would you like to do it some more?"

Thompson said Wednesday that she was trying to "save face" at first during the meeting. "And that I need this deal from him and he has the power to give it to me". "His eyes became dark", she said. "I had entered that fight-or-flight mode and I was scared of him".

Weinstein is heard in the video saying he wants to meet her later for drinks at a nearby hotel lobby.

"We don't have to live with being raped when we think we are going to a business meeting", Thompson told Sky.

"If he would make a comment, I would try to catch it and return it in a way that felt a little safer than the way he threw it at me. He cornered me, over and over again".

A television network has aired video of Harvey Weinstein fondling a woman who accused him of rape.

In a statement, Weinstein's lawyer Benjamin Brafman said: "The video, when viewed in its entirety, in context and not in select excerpts, demonstrates that there is nothing forceful, but casual - if not awkward - flirting from both parties ..."

Claiming that the video tried to malign Weinstein for financial gain, Barfman said facts mattered.
