Amid signs higher U.S. interest rates and fears of a global trade war are having an impact on the world's second-largest economy, China's central bank hopes cutting the reserve requirement ratios (RRRs) by 1% from 15 October will lower financing costs and spur growth.
"A cut of 1 per cent by the Chinese central bank was unexpected because it would "release something like 700 billion yuan (approximately $101.72 billion)" into the country's banking system", Francis Lun, the CEO of Geo Securities, said.
China's national bank said it would cut save prerequisite proportions by 100 premise focuses from 15 October.

The cut is equivalent to an injection of 750 billion yuan ($109 billion) in cash into the financial market.
"Some regions and companies have been hit [by trade frictions], but China has the ability to minimize the impact", Mr. Liu was quoted as saying. When policy is said to be accommodative, it means the central bank is making it cheaper for businesses and households to borrow in hopes that they will increase spending and lift the economy.
