Xiaomi has recently announced the launch of the Redmi Note 7 which comes equipped with a 48MP image sensor in the rear starting from the price of RMB999 (~RM603) for the 3GB RAM + 32GB internal storage, RMB1199 (~RM724) for 4GB + 64GB and RMB1399 (~RM844) for the 6GB + 64GB variant.

This marks a change from Redmi's all metal design, which has become rather outdated. Still, the 48MP camera should be welcome considering the low price of the handset. Redmi says the Redmi Note 7 Pro has been made for users who are more focused on camera performance and plan to unveil it after the Spring Festival. The secondary camera is 5-megapixel. The phone was benchmarked running Android 9 Pie. USB-C, headphone jack, IR-blaster, gotta catch em all. Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Note 7 in three models in China. The second variant that offers 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage will now sell at Rs 11,999. It is important to note that the Redmi Note 7 India launch details are yet to be revealed by Xiaomi, but like all Redmi Note phones, we believe the Redmi Note 7 will also hit the Indian shores.
