Piston swingman Stanley Johnson is reportedly headed to the Bucks in a swap of two former lottery picks.

According to Marc Stein, the Pelicans will get four second-round picks in the deal.

Thon Maker hasn't lived up to expectation as a member of the Bucks, but the Pistons hope a change of scenery may invigorate him.

The New Orleans Pelicans have agreed to send Nikola Mirotic to the Milwaukee Bucks, per ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

On the other hand Thon Maker arrives from league's leader Milwaukee Bucks, and we can say he wasn't really happy there.

Just last year, Mirotic was a driving force behind the Pelicans' first round sweep over the Portland Trail Blazers and averaged 15 points on shooting splits of.480/.431/.789, along with 9.6 rebounds, 1.3 blocks and 1.1 steals in New Orleans' eight playoff tilts last year.

Maker wants more court time after watching his minutes dwindle at the Bucks since with the arrival of head coach Mike Budenholzer.

His numbers after being picked 10th on the 2016 NBA Draft, are 4.7 points, 0.5 assists and 2.5 rebounds per game.

Both Harris and star Sixers guard Jimmy Butler, acquired from Minnesota earlier this season, are free agents this off-season while Simmons is in line for a contract extension in the near future.

Johnson is in his fourth NBA season after being drafted eighth overall by the Pistons in the 2015 NBA Draft. He moved to the United States to play high school basketball in Louisiana and Virginia and was named Gatorade Virginia Boys Basketball Player of the Year for the 2013-14 season.

Milwaukee will host the Washington Wizards tonight, February 6, while the Pistons prepare for the second game of a home & home against the Knicks in Detroit on Friday night.
