Usher & Rich The Kid Present At Studio During Alleged Shooting!

Usher and rapper Rich the Kid were involved in an attack that happened at Westlake Recording Studio on Tuesday afternoon (February 12) in West Hollywood, Calif.

While Rich was outside during the time of the incident, the U Got It Bad singer was in the studio but was not hurt.

The three suspects made off with cash and jewelry, and as they fled, one of the suspects reportedly opened fire and shot as many as ten shots behind him in the direction of the studio. Rich, who was the target of the robbery, was outside during the incident. At least one of his bodyguards was reportedly badly beaten in the attack.

The robbery subject fired multiple shots as he escaped the scene.

Afterward, Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies searched for suspects and collected evidence inside the building, and at nearby streets.

The incident comes less than a year after Rich the Kid was hospitalized after he was attacked and robbed at gunpoint inside his girlfriend's home in Los Angeles.

Calls came in at around 3:15 p.m. reporting shots fired in the area of Santa Monica Boulevard at Greenacre Avenue, the Sheriff's Department said.

No arrests have been made and police are now investigating the attack.
